Lets Recap The Celtics Bulls Series

Whenever the article starts with a picture of Eddie House screaming obscenities you know it was a good day for the Celtics. You know why? Because that means the bench actually did something. Eddie House dropped 16 on 5-5 shooting (4-4 from beyond the arc) in a 109 to 99 defeat of the Bulls in game 7. This series was so intense it was good to watch a game that only lifted my blood pressure a little bit. During the 4th quarter of this game I knew the Celtics had it. Even though Paul Pierce didn't hit a basket, Ray Allen hit only one shot and Rondo was MIA, there was something that I just felt that they had it. A big reason for this is the Celtics bench, who finally decided to show up. Like I said House had 16, and Brian Scalabrine chipped in with 8 timely points. Hopefully, this will be the a spark for the bench against the Magic, who we are facing tonight. However, going back to the Bulls series I would like to give the MVP to Kendrick Perkins. I know a lot of people will argue with me because my boy Rondo averaged a triple double, but when Perk was not in the game, the Celtics were a completely different team. And for this upcoming series Perk will also be the key against the Magic and Dwight Howard.
