Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez has decided to undergo surgery on his left knee, and there are many that believe this is going to lead to bigger problems down the road. Sanchez has had problems with his knee before while attending USC. Some people are starting to question if he is going to be able to hold up over the long haul. The surgery doesn't seem to be too serious, but considering his right knee has also been bothering his, the warning signs seem to be all there.
I believe in Sanchez and I think he will progress into a good QB, but if his knees continue to give him problem he might not be around long enough to reach his potential.
The surgery will take place in the next 2-3 weeks.
