Well it's that time of the year. Spring training is about to begin and A Rod is in the news for something not dealing with baseball. This years controversy revolves around Dr. Anthony Galea. Galea is facing four charges in his country related to the drug known as Actovegin, which is extracted from calf's blood and used for healing. His assistant also has been charged in the U.S. for having HGH and another drug while crossing the border in September. He has been contacted by federal investigators regarding a Canadian doctor accused of selling an unapproved drug.
I don't think this a big deal at all. He is working with the feds so it should be a non issue. It's just the fact it's A Rod it's getting publicity. Jose Reyes was called by the Feds too and hardly anyone knows it. Whatever, can't baseball just start.
