"It was common practice in burials to provide materials needed for the afterlife," lead author Ethan B. Russo, a practicing neurologist and prominent medicinal-marijuana advocate based in Missoula, Mont., tells the Canadian Press. "No hemp or seeds were provided for fabric or food. Rather, cannabis as medicine or for visionary purposes was supplied."

this is what im fucking talking about people. Pot is not a big deal. As a humbly retired pot head, i have much expertise in this area. The drug is not that bad, straight up...its really not even a 'drug'. it is less harmful than alcohol, and many of the other man man pharmaceuticals out there. Its so good to hear about ancient civilizations being down with weed. however, when they uncovered this tomb they didn't find any rolling papers, bongs, or any other smoking devices...which i found peculiar. Maybe he was just waiting until the afterlife to spark that shit.
