Manny To The Yankees?

"The Yankees will pursue controversial slugger Manny Ramirez if they are unable land Mark Teixeira, the New York Post reported.
"If they can't get Teixeira, they are right there on Manny," an official with knowledge of the Yankees' plan told the newspaper."ESPN

This doesn't surprise me at all. Why wouldn't the Yankees go after the best right handed hitter of all time? It's hard to imagine they can spend much more money figuring they already gave up 243 million on two players, but who cares. If anything if Manny went to the Yankees that would just put me over the top and stop defending his slight shred of dignity he has in Boston.
