Ben Wallace To Miss Playoffs?

"Cleveland Cavaliers forward Ben Wallace has a strained tendon in his left knee, putting his availability in doubt for the playoffs. Wallace left Sunday's game against Boston in the second quarter with what the team said was a bruise. An MRI taken at the Cleveland Clinic on Monday revealed a patellar tendon strain. Wallace will not play in Monday's game at Indiana and is listed as doubtful for the regular-season finale on Wednesday against Philadelphia (Sportsline)."

Been a tough year for the former defensive player of the year. First he breaks his leg, and now it looks like he could miss some (if not all) of the playoffs. Wallace is not half the player he used to be. he has never been an offensive threat, but every stat across the board (steal, block, ect) has been in decline over the past 3 years. I don't think it will hurt the Cavaliers too much, except for bench depth. Wallace is now in his mid 30's and it looks like his career is coming to a close.
