Sox Going Streaking!

Marissa: [after seeing Frank running naked along the streets, she slows down her car] Frank, what are you doing?
Frank: [out of breath] We're... We're going streaking!
Marissa: Who is?
Frank: Th... W... There's more coming.
Marissa: Get in the car.
Frank: But...
Marissa: Frank! Now!
Frank: [still out of breath] Ok.

11 in a row. Last year the most wins in a row for the Sox was 7. This year people were flipping out after only 8 games, now the Sox are surging. The best part of all of this is that the Sox aren't even playing their best baseball. Big Papi hasn't done a damn thing, Beckett has been inconsistent, Dice-K is out, Smoltz isn't even on the team yet, Papelbon hasn't looked like himself, ect. I mean think about it, kind of crazy. Anyways, here is where this streak stands in terms of all time great Sox winning streaks...

In 1988 the Sox won 19 of 20, which is probably the most impressive. To break the record the Sox would have to win the next two games @ Cleveland, then win the first 3 games @ Tampa Bay...very tough, but who knows...remember they haven't even played their best baseball yet!!
