Around The NBA
108 Heat, 93 Hawks
Dwayne Wade scored 33 points including 13 in a row to close the first half and banked a three pointed with 2 minutes left to put the nail in the coffin for the Hawks. The Hawks really disappoint me in this series. They are a real good team and seem to be missing Josh Childress a lot more than they thought. Dwayne Wade has been putting on a show and looks healthy and like the finals MVP.
Orlando 96, 76ers 87
Rookie Courtney Lee had 24 points and Hedo Turkoglu scored 16 points and the Magic controlled the game and now have this series tied up at 1 each, Dwight Howard was only held to 10 points and 11 rebounds and fouled out, but that didn't matter as his teammates picked up the slack.
Nuggets 108, Hornets 93
What can I say, the Hornets are a huge disappointment. Even with James Posey they have not been able to pull out a good game. Chauncey Billups, Carmelo Anthony, and Nene have been killing the Hornets and no one has the answer for them. It sucks seeing the Hornets go down like this because they were my finals pick.
