Red Sox @ A's Preview

I fucking hate west coast games, because you know they game won't be over till damn near 2am, but anyways here we go...

Lester is looking to bounce back after a tough first start in which he went 5 innings allowing 5 runs on 8 hits. Good news for Lester is that he is facing an A's team that is really struggling to hit the ball right now. The bad news is the Sox have having similar problems.

Holliday so far (I know it's early) has been a bust. He is batting a little over .230 and is yet to hit the ball out of the park, actually only Cust so far has a HR for the A's. Boston isn't much better, as ever Sox hitter has fucking sucked other then Bay and Youk. It will be interesting to see if Francona will once again bench D.L. Drew, as the Sox face another left-hander (Dallas Branden).

Boston has only faced Branden once before, and they lit him up. I do not think much of Branden, which is odd because I usually love A's pitcher, so I expect the Sox to break out the bats tonight. I would really like to see Ortiz get going, because I have to say I am really worried that he might be near done.

The Sox should win tonight, because the A's can't hit lefties... Game is tonight at 10:05 on NESN.
