The Celtics are rolling and are on a nice 4 game win streak since that awful Cleveland game that made me actually want to execute all of the players. But after back to back blowout wins against the Pacers and Knicks, they have done a Texas two step on the Rockets and Western Elite team Dallas Mavericks. They have played with defensive tenacity and shared offensive production led by Paul Pierce. It seems as if they have jumped into a time machine and they think it's 2008.
I would say even the most pessimistic fans have to admit that if the Celtics keep playing like this, they can beat any team in the NBA. Since this little streak Pierce, Allen and Rondo have been leading the offensive charge. KG(even though he hasn't had a lot of points) Perk and Sheed have played more than stout defense. Also, Rasheed has gone down low a lot more and his 3 pointers per game has gone down from 3 to 1. I guess he is starting to care.
I feel like I owe this team an apology for ever questioning them.
