Offense:
The Packers offense is great. Their is no doubting that. They have an up and coming QB in Aaron Rodgers who is looking to put a string of good years together. last year he had completing 64.7 percent of his passes for 4,434 yards, 30 touchdowns and seven interceptions for a passer rating of 103.2, pretty impressive stuff. In the backfield he has Ryan Grant to hand off to, he had a decent year last year, but it's becoming evident this is more of a passing team. The Packers also have very good young wide receivers, Greg Jennings is explosive, Donald Driver is consistent and James Jones and Jordy Nelson give Rodgers some deep threats. I also expect a very big year from Jermichael Finley the pass catching tight end.
Defense:
The defense is a work in progress. The D Line should be anchored by BJ Raji but his rookie campaign left something to be desired. Fortunately 340-pound Ryan Pickett took hold of that spot and led the packers to the number 1 run defense in the NFL. The loss of Johnny Jolly for the year because of a suspension is certainly going to hurt so that will put more pressure on Cullen Jenkins to pick up the slack. They have pretty awesome linebackers in AJ Hawk, Clay Matthews and Nick Barnett. They are quick which makes Green Bays 3-4 scheme work. Health will dictate their secondary. If Al Harris returns to form and if Charles Woodson continues his career renaissance they will be alright.
Overall:
The Packers will take over the NFC North. 13-3.
