Jordan Sort of Disses LeFag
"There's no way, with hindsight, I would've ever called up Larry, called up Magic and said, 'Hey, look, let's get together and play on one team,'" Jordan said after playing in a celebrity golf tournament in Nevada. "But that's ... things are different. I can't say that's a bad thing. It's an opportunity these kids have today. In all honesty, I was trying to beat those guys."
That goes to show the competitive nature of MJ. However, in LeBron's defense, Jordan played with the worst talent in NBA history. The Celtics and Lakers were getting older and he only really had Isiah Thomas, Charles Barkley, Hakeem to deal with. LeBron couldn't have won it on his own because he lacks what Jordan had and that's the killer instinct. You see Kobe have it, and even Wade have it to an extent, but LeBron is too passive to ever be that guy. Also, the NBA has the best talent it has ever had in the history of the sport, and it's becoming more and more evident, that the era of the one man team is a thing in the past.
