Offense:
Everything about this offense for the exception of young QB Josh Freeman is mediocre. Their runningback tandem of Cadillac Williams, Derrick Ward and Earnest Graham are alright, but none will wow you (even though I bet the Patriots would love to have these guys compared to what they have) and their WRs second-round pick on Illinois’ Arrelious Benn, rookie Mike Williams, Reggie Brown and Kellen Winslow are all young and talented, but will probably need some time to come into their own. This whole offense hinges on Josh Freeman playing mistake free football.

Defense:
Once coveted as a great defense has actually became Tampas weakness. Gerald McCoy will be the foundation of this defense and they have decent pieces in Brian Price, linebacker Barrett Ruud, Cornerback Ronde Barber, and Aqib Talib but that's it. The rest suck and expect teams to trounce this defense and make Ronde wish he never came back.

Overall:
Raheem Morris has his work cut out for him. I see this team as a work in progress but won't come close to sniffing the playoffs.

2010 Record: 5-11.
