Former major league infielder Chuck Knoblauch has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault on his common-law wife.
Ahhh, always good to hear from the former Yankee. Well apparently Knoblauch's wife told police he hit her in the face and choked her at their Houston home in September...classy, but I'm not buying it. Knoblauch couldn't hit first base on a throw, so unless this was done with a bat I doubt it's real. Or...maybe she was walking by and Chuck hit her with an errant throw.
