Chad Ochocinco has been saying that the Bengals are going to sign Owens before the free agency period even started. A lot of "experts" laughed this off as pure nonsense. Well, Owens is flying to Cincinnati today to meet with some of the heads of the Bengals.
I know that locker room already has a lot of personalities, but I think this would be a solid signing for the Bengals. Owens is not what he once was, but after Cincy lost Henry (Darwin award) and Houshmandzadeh (Seattle) the Bengals need a receiver that can stretch the field, and open up some areas for Ochocinco. Owens is still a deep threat, and he could be a nice fit in this system. As for the locker room...well, that could be a different story.
