Rangers @ Red Sox Preview
Well, yesterday I was a homer and said the Sox were somehow going to beat the Rangers with Wake on the mound. Yea, I'm an idiot. Tonight doesn't get any easier with Felix Doubront vs. Colby Lewis.
Doubront lost his last outing, giving up two runs and four walks in 5 2-3 innings against Tampa, but overall has been solid for the Sox. This is just such a tough lineup to go against, and with the Sox still shorthanded on offense I just don't see them being able to pull this off.
Lewis has been great of late. He has a 1.59 ERA while winning his last 2 road starts, striking out 19 in 17 innings. Once again, a healthy Boston team could light this douche up, but that just isn't the case.
Boston will be back when they get healthy, but they fall a little more behind with a loss tonight.
Rangers win 7-3
Player of the Game: Josh Hamilton
Game starts at 7:10pm on NESN.
