Brendan Haywood reportedly has re-signed with the Mavericks, with a six-year, $55 million contract. 6 years seems a little long to me, but Haywood has really come into his own as a rebound and interior presence. The Mavs were a better team with him on it, but they still need to find a way to finally do some damage in the playoffs.
