As I was wondering why the Celtics have such a hard time against the Timberwolves. Hard Work Leon Powe decides to save the day. On KG's non-return to Minnesota the Celtics were able to grind this one out for a W. No Paul Pierce was not the hero, No Ray Allen wasn't the hero, but Hard Work Leon Powe was with 19 points(including the game winner) and 11 rebounds. Rajon finished with 12 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists and showed a lot of confidence by taking the game tying shot with 30 seconds left over Duesch bag Telfair. However, Al Jefferson played unbelievable with 18 and 10, and I really miss Ryan Gomes. This is a great win for the C's because a couple reasons:
1. It's a win without KG.
2. It's a win over the Celtics B team.
3. Telfair is an A-Hole.
4. It's really good to see Leon do well.
5. Thuis what Hard WOrk said about the shot, "I just made a good hustle play, that’s it. I didn’t do anything extra. It wasn’t like it was a fade away Michael Jordan shot.” Another reason why he is the balls.
6. Rondo taking the game tying jumper proves he is more confident and comfortable shooting the ball.
On another note, Perk got injured. But who care when you got;
HARD WORK LEON POWE
