URI 65 Fordham 63

Today's URI vs Fordham game was as ugly as Bob Macks balls and especially tense at the end . For my whole collegiate career here at URI, the Rams have always had trouble inbounding the ball especially in late, pressure situations. Today's game was no different. With 5.3 seconds left and Rhode Island with a 2 point lead, Jimmy Baron thought he could lob the ball over a defenders head into the "sure" hands of Seawright. It didn't happen. Bryant Dunston (Bob's boy) got the ball and shot a difficult three pointer. Luckily for us he missed. URI was fortunate enough to leave Fordham with a W. An A-10 victory like this was big for the Rams, and URI's 20th of the season. Will Daniels led the way with 18 points, while Jimmy chipped in with 13 which included some clutch 3 pointers.
