5. Cameron Sheffield, OLB, 6-2, 257, Troy

Offense:
I really like the Chiefs offense a lot. I don't believe Matt Cassel is a bust and I believe they have a lot of good pieces to make a pretty significant offense. The addition of Ryan Lilja at right guard should stabilize the interior, and third year pro Brandon Albert should turn it on to make a good offensive line. Cassel also has weapons. Chris Chambers and Dwayne Bowe aren't bad WRs and a backfield with Jamaal Charles and rookie Dexter McCluster should open things up for Cassel.

Defense:
Eric Berry will make a difference this year and be not only the defensive rookie of the year, but will make the pro bowl. Ron Edwards as the nose tackle and Glenn Dorsey and Tyson Jackson as the ends leaves something to be desired at D line. Their defense won't be that great, but should be good enough.

Overall:
The Chiefs will win the AFC West with an 11-5 record. Cassel wins come back player of the year award, Eric Berry wins defensive rookie of the year, and Dexter McCluster comes close to winning offensive rookie of the year.
