"For several months this past school year, an Emmaus High School student used his cell phone to secretly shoot upskirt photos and videos of girls and teachers as they walked up stairs, authorities say.
Hundreds of the images had been taken and many were posted on Web sites, with some even identifying the victims, police said.
On Monday, a 15-year-old Upper Milford Township boy, whose name was not released, was arrested after a monthlong investigation and charged with invasion of privacy and disorderly conduct, according to the state police Computer Crime Task Force Unit.
The boy faces 19 misdemeanor counts on each charge because that's how many victims have been identified, said Trooper Paul Iannace, task force coordinator. The task force investigated the case along with the Emmaus Police Department.

I for one think that they went a little to far with this one. But you gotta respect the balls of this kid to not only put the "victims" or 15 year old sluts on the internet but to identify them too. People need to realize that when you're 15 years old, you will always find ways of being a creep to girls, deal with it. I mean when we were younger it was pretend to fall, accidentally pull a girls pants down on the way down trick and now they are using camera phones. Whatever.
