Jeff George Wants To Make Comeback

In the biggest WTF story of the day...

"Jeff George has not thrown a pass in the NFL since 2001, yet if given the opportunity, he still thinks he's got what it takes to handle the job, according to IlliniHQ.com. "I feel like I can still play, and if there's someone out there to give me a shot, that would be wonderful," George told the website. No teams have expressed an interest as of now in signing the 41 year-old veteran, and frankly there might be more interest out there in Eddie George. Jeff George does have one prominent supporter in columnist Jason Whitlock, who famously told Bill Belichick via a column in the Kansas City Star last year that the Patriots should sign his lifelong buddy (ESPN)."

George listen...You had a great arm, but you sucked when you were young. You have no pocket presence, you accuracy sucks, and now you are 41 years old. Give it up. What a fucking joke. Has Brett Favre started all this? Are we soon going to be hearing about a Jeff Hostetler comeback? It makes about the same amount of sense...
