Mark Buehrle who threw a no hitter in 2007 has one uped himself today throwing a perfect game against the Rays today. You see a couple no hitters every year, but you don't see too many perfect game. What made this great is that DeWayne Wise had to make a diving catch to stop Gabe Kapler from wrecking the perfect game.
Buehrle's final stat line was 9 innings 0 hits 0 walks 6 Ks. Not a bad day for a team that really needed some kind of spark like this. I have always been a big Buehrle fan, and thus this is a proud day for me....
