"According to multiple reports, a California man who made a death threat against the family of Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia was arrested Saturday in Pedroia's hometown of Woodland, Calif. The Woodland Democrat reported that 47-year-old Kenneth Samuels allegedly made multiple phone calls to the Pedroia family business and threatened to shoot and kill the men of the Pedroia family. Those calls were traced and Samuels was subsequently arrested. The reason why Samuels allegedly threatened the Pedroias was not stated by the Woodland police (Boston.com)."
WTF! Yea we don't know why this guy wanted to kill Pedroia, but there are always rumors going around Boston that Pedroia is by far the biggest asshole on the team. He probably suffers from Napoleon syndrome or something, but I really want to hear why this guy was so pissed at his family. My bet is Pedroia kicked his ass at a bar or something, but this probably will be one of those stories we will never hear about again.
