Manu Ginobili will miss the rest of the season and playoffs for the Spurs after tests Monday revealed that his troubled right ankle has gotten worse. This pretty much solidifies the Spurs chances to not winning this year. Tony Parker and Tim Duncan are definitely hurt without their feisty swingman. My prediction is going to be that they lose in the second rounf in the playoffs. Without Ginobeli the team doesn't have a chance. But hey they picked up my boy Salim Stoudimire.
