Ainge Has Heart Attack
As if the news for the Celtics could get any worse...
"Boston Celtics general manager Danny Ainge has been hospitalized after suffering what the team described as a minor heart attack. The team issued a statement Thursday saying that the 50-year-old Ainge was "recovering nicely" at Massachusetts General Hospital and is expected to remain there for a few days (Sportsline)."
Hopefully this is less severe then Garnett's "minor knee problems", but it sounds like he is going to make a full recovery. Ainge is only 50 years old, so this is a little young for him to be having heart attacks. Anyways, we wish him the best, and we hope the Celtics use all of these negatives and have an "us against the world" type of mentality going into the playoffs...
